About this policy

This policy describes Dayweft version 1.0.0 for Android and this accompanying website. It explains the information used by the implemented features. Effective September 7, 2026.

02

Your weekly records

Dayweft stores the title of your active week, daily time allowances, selected practices, weekday placements, lived marks and any reflections you enter. These records support the week view and your saved folds.

03

Where records stay

The Android app stores these records in its private application storage on your device using Android SharedPreferences. They are not sent to an app-operated server.

04

Network access

The Android application does not declare the Internet permission. The practice library, illustrations and policy are bundled with the app. Core actions do not require a network connection.

05

Accounts and identity

Dayweft has no account registration or sign-in. It does not request your name, email address, phone number or an organization membership identifier.

06

Your reflection text

Reflection text is optional. You choose what to enter. Avoid including information you would not want retained on your device, including private details about other people. A lived mark can be kept without a reflection.

07

Permissions

The Android app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, calendar or shared-storage access. It does not schedule notifications or ask for notification permission.

08

Advertising and analytics

The delivered application includes no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking SDK. It does not send usage events, device identifiers or crash reports to an app-operated service.

09

Saved folds

A fold is a snapshot of a week, including its reflections and lived marks. Editing the active week does not change saved folds. Opening a copy of a fold creates a separate active week.

10

Editing records

You can rename the active week, change allowances, move or remove a practice, change its lived mark and edit its reflection. Starting an empty active week replaces only the active week; saved folds remain.

11

Erasing records

The Erase all my records control removes the active week and saved folds from app storage after confirmation. Android Clear storage or uninstalling the app also removes this app’s local records. There is no app recovery service.

12

Backup and transfer

Android application backup is disabled in the manifest. Dayweft does not provide cloud synchronization or an export feature. Operating-system or device-management behavior outside the app may follow separate policies.

13

Storage duration

Records remain until you replace or erase them, clear app storage or uninstall the app. There is no automatic expiration schedule.

14

Device access

The app relies on Android’s application isolation and your device access controls. It does not add a separate app lock or promise encryption beyond the device and operating system protections.

15

Website information

This website is a static landing page and privacy policy. Its supplied code has no forms, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or browser-storage features. A hosting provider may process ordinary web request information under its own policy when the site is hosted.

16

External services

The app does not embed external service connections or links for purchases, donations or messaging. App distribution platforms and any future website host operate separately from this application.

17

Audience and changes

The practices are ordinary, app-authored activities for general use. Dayweft does not collect age information. If a future version changes data handling, this policy should be updated to reflect that implementation before distribution.

18

Questions and publisher details

For questions about the distributed application, use the publisher contact details on the store listing or the distribution channel from which you obtained it. This package does not supply an unverified email address or contact route. The publisher should review this policy and its listing details before publication.
